Has anyone else discovered that with the birth of their baby (or maybe even during pregnancy) a switch somewhere deep inside was turned on? The switch has large flashing letters above it labelling it as “mum guilt”. After battling this beast for the early months of my daughter’s life, I thought I had it mostly conquered. Mums desperately need time to hang out with other mums, to share and be encouraged. They also need to be given tools in order to become the best mums they can be.
If this was all we did at MOPS, we would be blessing many mums and consequently many families; we would indeed be changing lives.

Our first “MOPS morning” blog is from the Emerald MOPS group who began the year by speeding up the relationship building between the mums who came on their first day.
