The answer to all these questions is the 2014 Australasian MOPS Conference at The Tops Conference Centre from 17-19 October, 2014.
Sherry Surratt, the President and CEO of MOPS International is our Guest Speaker and the author of the theme book, Brave Mom: Facing and Overcoming Your Real Mom Fears, which she will introduce at Conference. For more information about Sherry please go here.
All current MOPS Leaders holding any leadership position in a local MOPS group and any potential MOPS leaders. This conference is also for MUMSnext Leaders.
What is planned on the program?
Conference will start with dinner on the Friday night and conclude with lunch on the Sunday.
- Introduce the 2015 MOPS theme of “Be You, Bravely“
- Learn about Leading Bravely
- Offer Leadership Electives on a range of topics
- Offer Electives for the different MOPS leadership positions
- Have times of worship
- Have free time with optional Outdoor Activities
On the Saturday night we are planning an evening of Feathers and Finery. This will be an opportunity to get dressed up, relax and have fun with your leadership team & the other delegates.
How much will it cost?
$220 which includes accommodation in ensuited rooms with 4-6 people & all meals and snacks.
Linen can be hired for $12 which includes sheets, pillowcase and a towel as all beds have a doona & pillow provided.
Transport to and from the airport can also be booked, cost to be advised. Please book your flight to arrive by 3:30pm on the Friday and to leave after 4pm on the Sunday; if you wish to use this option.
